  2. Work with dedicated IT teams in the maintenance of software systems, troubleshooting of issues with equipment and servers, and running software updates backups when requested.
  3. Interns may also be involved in programming, software design, data extraction, report creation, data imports, initial analysis, and a triage of issues.
