KOALA SANCTUARY

Australia is home to one of the world’s premier koala sanctuaries. Here you will have an up close and personal glance at one of the world’s most endearing animals. Koalas have a range of behavior that scientists are still seeking to understand. Through close interaction you can come to your own conclusions about their lifeways.

With 130 koalas and an equal number of kangaroos, this wildlife park allows visitors personal interaction with the animals. Respected for its cleanliness and care of the animals, the park holds Trip Advisor’s highest ranking.

This is a great opportunity to interact with wild mammals in a controlled environment that takes into consideration their needs and welfare. Koalas roam free on the park grounds.

A scenic river running through the grounds provides a glimpse into the native flora and fauna found in the area. Assist in catfish feedings and maintain the snake collection if so inclined.
